DRDO develops Ultraviolet disinfection tower "UV Blaster"|UV-C ray Usages

so, if one go out for some important work he should have the assurance that he in not getting infection form any object outside in the public place  .so for that most countries are using various tools like Ultra Violate light blaster or UV disinfectant . It is used by various developed countries like USA,CHINA,UK etc. Recently one of the India's defense research lab called DRDO's Lestech lab on a partnership with New age instruments and materials Pvt. Ltd.  developed UV blaster for killing the corona virus from objects .It is not to be use on human skin (we will discuss why) .Dont expose your skin if you see any UV disinfectant, it may be cause you dangerous skin burns.This UV disinfectant's are only for non living things.

Hospitals which are handling covid-19 patients are actively using this type of most effective disinfectant now days, all over the world to kill the corona virus at once less than 30 min .when a corona  patient  moved from one room to another the whole area which he/she was openly stayed are getting disinfected by using this device .

 "The equipment has six lamps each with 43 watts of UV-C power at 254 nm wavelength for 360-degree illumination. For a room of about 12 x 12 feet dimension, the disinfection time is about 10 minutes and 30 minutes for 400 square feet area by positioning the equipment at different places within the room."

Why it is dangerous for human skin?

Sunlight contains three types of UV rays .First there is UV-A . Which makes up the vast majority of the ultraviolet radiation reaching the earth's surface .It's capable of penetrating deep into the skin and it thought to be responsible for up to 80% of skin  ageing , from wrinkles to age spots .
Next there's UV-B . Which can damage the DNA in our skin ,leading to sunburn and eventually skin cancer (recently scientist have discovered that UV-A can also do this ).Both are reasonably well known , and can be blocked out by most good sun creams.fortunately there are very few places where you can be in the direct expose of UV-B.

There is also a third type it : UV-C this relatively obscure part of the spectrum consists of shorter , more energetic wavelength of light ,it is particularly good at destroying genetic material - whether is human or viral particles .Luckily most of us are unlikely to have ever encountered any.That's because it observed fully by the ozone layer itself long before its reach to our sensitive skin .
