Why India need private space agencies?

India has its own space agency, ISRO it's a Govt. agency. But a Few days back ISRO announced that All the ISRO Launch facilities are now open for private companies of space and research to boost the private participation for space science and research. If you look at it, Developing a launcher and building a launching facility for it, is a very costly process, so most of the company can't afford all that at the same time at starting days. USA has its Spacex, BlueOrigin, etc as a private space company. The benefits of having a good successful Pvt. space agencies are, it decreases the focus on launching projects on space and it increases the time to research and development about space science and technology, for giants like NASA, ISRO, ESA. They can focus more on exploring space instead of launching satellites for companies,  It's really difficult for one organization to focus on multiple space-related projects. Now ISRO will focus on R&D and the projects of isro will be launch by private agencies.   So here are some emerging private space agencies of India which might be the game-changer of  ISRO's future.

India's Top Private space agencies:

SkyRoot:

SkyRoot is a Hyderabad based rocket company, it's founded in the year of 2018 by Pavan Kumar Chandana and Naga Bharath Daka. Skyroot has three types of launching vehicles Vikram 1, Vikram 2, and Vikram 3.All these 3 variants have 3 stages of launching. According to the sources, Skyroot Will Launch Rockets And Send Satellites Into Space By 2021. The main interesting thing is Skyroot will not use any launchpad for launching the rockets, they will use a remote launcher for launching, like a defense missile but ISRO recently opened all facilities to all so maybe they will use it. Except Vikram 1,2,3 SkyRoot is also developing a new more powerful rocket, that will capable to place big commercial satellites to a geostationary orbit, that rocket will use a complete Methalox engine.

Agnikul:

It's a Chennai based space company, Agnikul founded in the year of 2017.Agnikul founded by Srinath Ravichandran and Moin SPM.They described the meaning of their name "Agnikul" originated from a Sanskrit word "Gurukul" and can be interpreted as "The place where people learn to use fire ".Agnikul's rocket launcher's name is "Agnibaan", it's a 2 stage rocket, its engines are totally 3D printed, and they run on keroLox(Kerosene/Liquid-Oxygen) fuel. Their first mission is launching affordably unmanned in orbit launches on earth anywhere any time And the future mission is affordable manned trans lunar flybys. So the main motive of this company is to cover the affordable segment, that might be good news for the low budget company's around the world who want to launch their own satellite to the orbit.

Bellatrix:

It's a Coimbatore based company. Bellatrix founded in the year of 2011 by Rohan M Ganapathy(CEO) and Yashhas Karanam(COO) along with Vivek and Sagar (Engineers)
Bellatrix will use "Chetak" as a primary rocket for launch, its a 2 stage vehicle with 4 Aeon engines in the first stage(164KN), and the first stage is reusable, the Aeon engines are usually run on Methalox, This will be India's first  Methalox engine. But Bellatrix is going to hibernate this project for some time,reason1. Cause of money, developing a rocket is a costly process so and   reason2, Bellatrix's main business is not developing rockets but also they are master at the propulsion system. They are currently working on 2 propulsion systems one is GREEN Propulsion and ELECTRIC Propulsion. Bellatrix's launching is expected in between the year 2022-2023.
