Nine years later, NASA again created history, sending two astronauts to ISS with a rocket from private company SpaceX

Famous industrialist Elon Musk's company SpaceX has created history. Two astronauts from the company's rocket flew to the International Space Station (ISS) on Saturday via the Spacex Crew dragon 2 . With this, commercial space travel in the world started historically. At the same time, astronauts have been sent to space after a decade from US soil, due to which this launch was very special for America.

Officials tell that this launch was to be held on Wednesday first but due to technical problems it was postponed on Wednesday. On Saturday, too, the weather in Florida was bad and there was a feeling that the launch would have to be postponed once again, but shortly before the launch, the weather cleared and the launch was decided.

This launching was also very special in the sense that for the first time a private company has successfully transported astronauts into space. Earlier, only three countries, America, Russia, and China, could do this. After Tesla's electric car, now Elon Musk has another big achievement.
NASA's 9-year launching drought is also over. In 2011, the space shuttle was last launched in the US. Since then, the US relied on Russia to send its astronauts to space.
Significantly, NASA has given the responsibility of designing and manufacturing its next-generation space shuttle to private companies like Space X and Boeing. NASA has spent $ 7 billion on this on a public-private partnership basis. After the successful launch of the Space X rocket, people are now eyeing Boeing's spaceship, with the help of which it plans to send astronauts to space in 2021.
